Norm Puente
Business Development Executive Advisor, Labor Market
Norm has more than 25 years of experience supporting unions. He began with developing industrial medical programs for various unions across the U.S. He also spearheaded union-focused initiatives at EyeMed, fostering enduring relationships with unions like IUOE and UNITE HERE, as well as coalitions like the National Labor Alliance. Norm credits his success to prioritizing value, accessibility, and accountability for both funds and members.
“My parents, Emilio and Delia Puente, were proud USW local 1010 members in the steel industry for more than 25 years. Attending the annual local 1010 Christmas party with hundreds of union families remains a cherished childhood memory. I was able to pursue higher education at Purdue University thanks to a USW scholarship. It’s an honor for me to give back to organized labor through my work at RxBenefits.”
