Tom has been working in the pharmacy industry for nearly 25 years. His previous pharmacy experience includes long-term care, retail, toxicology, academia, specialty pharmacy management, and distribution, and managed care. Tom had recently spent the prior six years as the pharmacy director for a public employee’s health plan where his duties included custom formulary management, development of member-incentive programs and engagement tools, management of low-cost site of care networks, and total cost of care assessments.

Tom received his Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy.
