How Self-Service Portals Can Empower Members with Easy Access to Information and Communication

As everyday life becomes busier and more demanding and the pharmacy benefits industry becomes more complex, plan members rely more and more on solutions that let them access their plan when, where, and how they need it.

To serve this need, RxBenefits has introduced My RxBenefits, a self-service online portal for plan members. Members are able to access their information at any time, using any digital device, from a single, trusted source.

Questions that previously would have required a call to Member Services – such as requesting an ID card and viewing coverage and claims information – can be answered online and on demand. For employers with RxBenefits Protect, members can check the progress of prior authorizations via the member portal. The platform also facilitates easy, secure communication with the team at RxBenefits.

My RxBenefits joins our self-service client portal, My RxBenefits Plan, and will soon be joined by a benefit advisor portal, offering any-time, anywhere plan access and communication throughout the benefit process.
